How do I become a member?
The annual fee is 50 EURO for physicians and 25 EURO for other professionals. Please use the following procedure for submitting your membership application: - Download, print and fill out the application form (available in the right menu) with the requested information.
- Fax the page to the number listed on the top of the page. Remember to write your signature in the appropiate box
